I’ve only ever had this with baked chicken strips, but I imagine it would be good with other things as well.
This is a light, flavorful, almost soupy pasta dish that works well as a main course. My dad used to make this all the time when I was young.
This is a great side dish any time of year, but I particularly like it in the fall (it makes a nice side for Thanksgiving dinner.)
